On September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., Lieutenant Chawat Artthayukti, Secretary-General of the Chulabhorn Foundation, presided over the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Chulabhorn Foundation Board of Directors. The Foundation’s board members attended the meeting both on-site at Meeting Room R117, 1st Floor, Chemistry Research Building, Chulabhorn Research Institute, and via video conference. The meeting was held to review the Foundation’s operational performance, progress, and key issues related to advancing its missions. During the meeting, significant agenda items were discussed and acknowledged. These included the Chulabhorn Foundation’s 2025 operational report, the 2025–2026 reports on patients under the Foundation’s royal patronage, royal scholarships, and royally bestowed equipment, as well as the 2025–2026 report on the publication of the Chulabhorn Foundation Journals. The board also discussed preparations for the 6th Royal Trophy Charity Golf Tournament, the status of the Hathaitip Fund under the Chulabhorn Foundation, and the Foundation’s recent participation in setting up booths at major events, namely the Pramong Nomklao Fair 2026 and the Royal Project 57 Fair 2026. On November 18, 2024 at 2.00 p.m., Lieutenant Chawat Artthayukti, Secretary-General of the Chulabhorn Foundation, presided over the Chulabhorn Foundation Board’s 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Foundation Board Directors attended the meeting via video conference to follow up on the progress of the operation of the Foundation. The meeting was convened in the R606 Meeting Room of the Multipurpose Building at the Chulabhorn Research Institute. In the meeting, the important agenda items requiring discussion, consideration, and follow-up included: the registration of the appointment of Directors of the Chulabhorn Foundation Board to fill vacancies in accordance with the number stipulated by the Foundation Charter, the addition of new objectives to the Foundation to enable the utilization and enhancement of research work, reports on patients under the Royal Patronage of the Chulabhorn Foundation, Royally-Granted scholarships and equipment for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, and a summary of the operations of the “Share Kindness to fight Rabies” Project by the Foundation, etc. The Chulabhorn Foundation remains committed to continuously organizing activities to promote research, academic work, and public assistance activities to support the sick and the disadvantaged, as well as homeless animals in every region in the country. On January 26, 2024, the Chulabhorn Foundation represented by Lieutenant Chawat Artthayukti, Secretary – General of the Chulabhorn Foundation, received a donation of 500,000 baht for the project “Share Kindness to Fight Rabies”. The donation will be used to purchase veterinary tools and equipment in mobile operating units to support the operation of HRH Princess Chulabhorn’s project on “Disease-free Animals, Safe Humans from Rabies”. The donation was made by Mr. Jiro Yokota, Director, and Mr. Thongchai Chotsriluecha, General Manager, Kingfisher Holdings Limited. On August 31, 2023 in Meeting Room R117, 1st Floor, at the Chemistry Research Building, Chulabhorn Research Institute, by Royal Command of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Mahidol, President of the Chulabhorn Research Institute, Lieutenant Chawat Artthayukti, Secretary-General of the Chulabhorn Foundation, presided over the meeting of the Chulabhorn Foundation Board No. 2/2023. The meeting was attended by the Foundation Board of Directors via video conference. The main agenda of this meeting was to follow up on the operations of the Chulabhorn Foundation and exchange opinions on various topics on the agenda, such as the 2022 performance report of the Foundation submitted to the Ministry of Interior, domestic and international registrations of patents and petty patents in the name of the Chulabhorn Foundation, funding to support HRH Princess Chulabhorn’s project on “Disease-free Animals, Safe Humans from Rabies” for the purchase of veterinary tools and equipment in mobile operating units, and the establishment of the E-Donation system of the Revenue Department in the name of the Chulabhorn Foundation.
